This month at TTP – Rockwall/Kaufman, we are hosting Dr. Brooks McKenzie, an expert in child development and family court systems. Many of you have asked for us to host speakers on this topic, and we have finally found the right person for the job! Dr. Brooks McKenzie will give us insight into the current state of the Texas judicial system. He will also touch on how we can be supporting the nuclear family and 50/50 parental rights. Join us in learning about this critically important topic.
We will also be hearing from Kelly Neidert, the founder of a new organization called Protect Texas Kids.

As a researcher and former Assistant Director for the TCU Institute of Child Development, Dr. Brooks McKenzie has worked with at-risk children and families for more than 16 years, always advocating for the “best interest of the child” in all circumstances.
Born and raised in Texas, Dr. McKenzie has spent his entire professional career presenting the body of empirical research in Developmental Psychology to agencies and organizations that are tasked with supporting children and families. He has trained DFPS/CPS, attorneys and judges, and worked directly with non-profits and the families they serve, only to find a systemic ignorance/apathy that has been actively harming our children for decades.
Texas has utterly failed to protect one of our most vulnerable populations and it has to stop. Texas has for decades lagged behind the rest of the Nation in addressing the needs of our families and children. Dr. McKenzie has devoted his time and passion to effecting change in a system that is destroying our nuclear families and damaging our children for a lifespan. Our legislators and judiciary must be reformed, otherwise our children and families are doomed.
About Kelly Neidert:
Kelly Neidert is a recent graduate of the University of North Texas who led her school’s chapter of the Young Conservatives of Texas. While at UNT, she gained national media attention for the backlash that she faced being openly conservative on her college campus. On many occasions, she had to be evacuated from campus by police due to the presence of antifa and even had her apartment door spray painted because of her viewpoints.
Since graduating college, Kelly has started a nonprofit organization called “Protect Texas Kids” that seeks to protect K-12 children from the leftist indoctrination being forced on them from every direction. PTK is very involved with the education side of things, helping to expose the CRT, gender theory, and sexually explicit books being pushed on kids in the state of Texas. Since starting the organization at the end of April, Protect Texas Kids has also led several protests against children’s drag events and has even been mentioned on Tucker. You can find more information about Kelly and her organization at protectTXkids.org!
