Your will, insurance policy, retirement plan, etc. can list True Texas Project, Inc. as a beneficiary of your estate. This can be done in your will or in the documents between yourself and the fiduciary. If you would like to include our federal ID number, please just ask.
When you pass and your estate is probated, any asset listed in the will would come to TTP. Any fiduciary that you have notified that TTP is a beneficiary should forward the assets to the TTP.
