2024 Local Election Recommendations

2024 Local Election Recommendations

March 29, 2024

Local Elections
Early Voting:  April 22-30
Election Day:  Saturday, May 4

Some local elections are county-wide; some are for school districts; some are for city councils.
Be sure to pay attention to ALL the races you fall under.

Bond Elections:
As a general rule of thumb, we recommend voting against ALL bond elections.  Until our government learns to spend within its means, we do not need to give it more money.  There are a few rare exceptions, but when in doubt, vote no.  As a side note, anyone who tells you a bond does not affect your taxes is playing games with you.  Nothing is free, and those people should not be trusted.
