The future of Texas is in good hands! Micah Farmer, the Young Republicans of Texas state treasurer and Travis County YRT president, joins us at True Texas Project this month. Micah will talk about the goals of their local chapter, as well as the statewide initiatives they are focusing on in the next legislative session. There is hope for our future and it’s our job to pass the torch to those who are up to the challenge.

Micah Farmer was raised in the DFW area, where he developed a strong commitment to his christian faith and deep sense of patriotism. He is an Eagle Scout and member of Team USA, having competed in racquetball at the Junior Olympics. He currently resides in Austin where he serves as the President of Travis County Young Republicans and the Treasurer of Young Republicans of Texas.
