Andrew Yeager is on the school board of Carroll ISD, one of the top public schools in the state of Texas, and is joining us this month to share what he learned throughout the campaign process and his expertise on winning! School boards are vitally important to our local communities, and they need parents and patriots like YOU to run for them. Andrew is heavily involved in many aspects of his community, and we are thankful that he is taking the time to share his insights with us in other parts of the state.

About Andrew Yeager:
Andrew Yeager is the current Vice President of the Carroll ISD school board in Southlake, Texas.
Andrew’s November, 2021, special election win received national attention as it flipped the board’s composition to a 4-3 conservative majority. He was re-elected to a full three-year term in May 2022 and was elected a third time in May 2025 running unopposed.
Andrew is honored to represent the values of the Southlake community and keep the focus of Carroll ISD on excellent student outcomes and fiscal responsibility. He is also proud of the many local policies their board has passed since joining (ask him about suing the Biden administration over Title IX changes and winning in federal court!).
Andrew’s full-time profession is that of Sr. Development Manager for Texas Values, a biblically based nonprofit that fights for faith, family and freedom in the legislature, courtrooms and media.
Prior to joining Texas Values, Andrew spent 35 years building and managing national, regional and local media sales teams at companies like AT&T, Car and Driver, CBS, NBC and Reader’s Digest.
Andrew has an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in integrated marketing from Marist University. He is the proud father of three daughters, all graduates of Carroll ISD (a Longhorn grad, an Aggie grad and a current Auburn Tiger).
Andrew has been married to his wife Patty for 29 years and he counts his blessings each day.
