If you’ve spent any amount of time looking into campaign finances for candidates in Texas, then you are likely familiar with the PAC and/or nonprofit organization called Texans for Lawsuit Reform (or TLR PAC). Typically, we take those donations as a glaring red flag, and a sign that a candidate is generally quite liberal and/or backed by establishment “RINO’s”. Join us this month as we hear from James Wesolek, the Executive Director of Republicans Against Texans for Lawsuit Reform (RATLR). James will be exposing TLR’s liberal agenda and educating activists on conservative legal policy.

About James Wesolek:
James Wesolek serves as the Executive Director of Republicans Against Texans for Lawsuit Reform, a nonprofit dedicated to exposing TLR’s liberal agenda. James
is a happy warrior who has worked in both the halls of Congress and the pink dome in Austin. For over 15 years, James has advanced conservative issues in a wide range of positions, including as a Chief of Staff, Communications Director, and Legislative Director. He has a gift for quickly and accurately breaking down complex bills and framing the implications clearly. James has been fighting for conservative policy in Austin since 2018 and has helped write, refine, and pass multiple pieces of legislation.
He has been married to his wife, Caitlin, for 10 years, and they are raising their family in Austin, which is almost as good as raising their family in Texas. They homeschool their 4 children, ages 6, 4, 2, and 1. In whatever free time he can find, James enjoys hunting, camping, taking his old jeep off-road, and ham radio.
