We will be hearing from Scott London, a former Sheriff, and Constitutional speaker, about the relationship between law enforcement, citizens, and constitutional rights. Sometimes we need a refresher on what is expected of us as citizens and what is allowed for law enforcement as our “public servants”. This presentation examines where liberty, lawful authority, and public trust intersect in real-world decisions. Drawing from executive leadership, constitutional teaching, police instruction and field-tested experience, Scott London offers practical lessons on restraint, discretion, and the meaning of an officer’s oath.
