Texas is growing at unprecedented rates, and likewise, so are her energy demands. We are all aware of the issues with our Texas power grid, and we understand that there needs to be a solution. However, not all energy solutions are ultimately for our benefit. Join us at True Texas Project this month as we welcome our speaker, Nancy White, with the Secure the Texas Grid Coalition. This presentation will primarily be about battery energy storage systems that are popping up all over the country, specifically those in Texas. Nancy will also discuss the topic of solar and wind energy sources. These issues should be extremely concerning to all of us as there is considerable amounts of tax payer funding involved, environmental and health costs, impact on property value and insurance, and a glaring concern around cyber security vulnerabilities in the hardware with evidence to prove it. As always there will be solutions and action items provided, to ensure our futures and our safety. Join us to learn more, we do not have time to waste!
