This month we are bringing in an organization that provides threat-focused strategic and operational consultation, education, and training for federal, state, and local leadership and agencies in government, the private sector, and for private citizens. The presenter will be equipping us to defend ourselves from forces that come against America’s laws and founding principles. It is the duty of all citizens to fight against the enemies of liberty to maintain our nation for the sake of the liberty of future generations. No effort can be exerted which goes too far in defending America and what it represents.

We will also be hearing from Chris Hopper, with American Principles Project, about what that organization is doing to protect our families.

About Chris Hopper:

I am a 4th generation Texan.  I attended Arlington Baptist University and Louisiana Baptist University and have have a Bachelors in Bible and Counseling.  I have been married for 17 years to Ashleigh Hopper.  We have 3 sons Landon (15), Evan (12), Jack (5).  All the men in the house train in Jiujitsu.  For 2 decades I served as student and missions pastor here in Texas.  My wife and I have helped build 2 schools in Kenya, Africa where we are still heavily involved.  We find great fulfillment in helping over 300 African children annually with medical care, education, and learning a trade with a Biblical worldview being the foundation. While continuing to teach and counsel at our local church, I have moved into the political world in order to make impact for the family.  I have partnered with American Principles Project.  APP is an organization designed, at the very core, to fight politicians who hurt the family and highlight and support those who help the family.  We envision reforming Texas politics to be fearless in defending the interests of families and children. We seek to create an environment where parents are prioritized, children’s innocence is protected, and the family is defended passionately and effectively against woke corporations and progressives. We will work to ensure these values are once again preeminent in Texas government and that state lawmakers are constantly reminded of whom they ultimately represent: Texas families.
