We are excited about this months meeting at True Texas Project – Beaumont. Paul Davis, a.k.a. @FiredUpTXLawyer, is here to help us in a way that every one of us could benefit from at one point or another. Navigating the legal system as a conservative can be a daunting task. With issues like social media censorship, unconstitutional COVID lockdowns, mandatory vaccinations for employees, and so much more, there is a LOT on the line. We are thankful to have the opportunity to hear from a patriot who is helping so many Texans in discerning these things, and who has LIVED through them himself. Please join us for a night of learning, and bring a friend who needs this critical information!

About Paul Davis:

Texas attorney, Paul Davis, known as @fireduptxlawyer on social media, is the managing attorney of Paul M. Davis & Associates and an alumnus of the The University of Texas School of Law, Class of 2011. After working for two large, Texas-based international law firms, Andrews Kurth (now Hunton Andrews Kurth) and Strasburger (now Clark Hill) as a civil litigator with a focus on employment law, Goosehead Insurance recruited Davis to be its Associate General Counsel and Director of Human Resources. Davis started his own law practice after Goosehead fired Davis on January 7, 2021 for peacefully and lawfully exercising his First Amendment right to protest outside the U.S. Capitol on January 6. Since then, Davis has focused his practice on issues such as an employee’s right to be exempt from vaccine mandates on religious or medical grounds, holding school boards accountable for indoctrinating and grooming children and for persecuting parents who object, and social media censorship. Davis previously won a temporary restraining order against Meta Platforms/Facebook for censoring the account of former Texas gubernatorial candidate and BlazeTV host, Chad Prather. Davis’s current focus is to end social media censorship for all Texans and recently filed a class action lawsuit against Meta for the Texas Nationalist Movement/TEXIT and its members currently pending in Jefferson County.
