You wouldn’t think we should have to tell the Texas Senate how to defend the 2nd Amendment, right? But that’s just what they are asking citizens to do! So, the “Little Red Car” and True Texas Project Citizen Advocates are heading to Austin on Feb 26 to testify at the Senate State Affairs Committee interim hearing to tell them to leave the 2nd Amendment alone! We need people to testify, or if you’d rather not do that, we need people to just sit there in the hearing room, wearing a pro 2nd Amendment sticker (which we will provide). TTP will provide carpool transportation from the DFW area. It will be a one day trip, departing approximately 6:00 am from a meet up location in DFW, and returning between 6:00 and 8:00 pm. For anyone not in the DFW area who might like to join us, you can meet up with us at the Capitol and join our group. Accommodations for those wishing to stay overnight are available.
