He has a gift for quickly and accurately breaking down complex bills and framing the implications clearly. James has been fighting for conservative policy in Austin since 2018 and has helped write\, refine\, and pass multiple pieces of legislation.\nHe has been married to his wife\, Caitlin\, for 10 years\, and they are raising their family in Austin\, which is almost as good as raising their family in Texas.
